Property map of India
Placestore puts every listing on one live map instead of a list of search results. Each pin is a real property or a real requirement, placed by the person it belongs to, and you reach that person directly — there is no broker in between and no commission on either side.
112 listings and requirements are on the map right now across 20 cities. This count is read live and changes as people post.

Buyer and tenant requirements are counted in the total above but have no property type of their own — they are people, not properties. You can read what they are looking for.
What the pins mean
Pins are coloured by what they are, so you can read the map before opening anything.
- For sale — A home, plot or commercial space an owner is selling.
- For rent — A property a landlord is letting, priced per month.
- Projects — A development posted by a RERA-registered builder.
- Buyers — Someone looking to buy in that area — their requirement, not a property.
- Tenants — Someone looking to rent there, with their budget.
How exact the locations are
Every listing is placed by its owner at a real point on the map, not geocoded from a typed address. The owner then chooses how precisely that point is shown. An exact pin sits where the property is. An approximate pin is shifted by a fixed, repeatable offset — the area is honest, but the building cannot be picked out until the owner shares their details. The offset never moves between visits, so an approximate listing does not appear to wander around the neighbourhood.
Cities with listings on the map
These are the cities that have something on the map right now. Each links to that city’s listings.
Frequently asked questions
How is a map-based property search different from a normal search?
A normal property search starts with a filter — a city, a budget, a number of bedrooms — and returns a list you scroll. A map search starts with a place. You move to the area you actually want to live in, and only what exists there is shown. That matters most when the area is smaller than a city: a particular junction, one side of a river, walking distance from a school.
Are the pins in the exact spot?
It depends on what the owner chose. Every listing is placed by its owner at a real point, and they decide whether that point is shown exactly or as an approximate area. Approximate pins are shifted by a fixed, repeatable amount, so the neighbourhood is right but the building cannot be identified before the owner shares contact details. Listings marked exact are shown where they are.
Why are people shown on the map as well as properties?
Because demand is as useful as supply. A blue or violet pin is a buyer or tenant describing what they want and where. If you own something nearby that fits, you can see the requirement without paying anyone to introduce you.
Do I have to sign in to look at the map?
No. Browsing the map, opening a listing and reading the details are all open. You only sign in when you want to see an owner's contact details or post something yourself.
Is there any brokerage on Placestore?
No. Listings are posted by owners and you contact them directly. Placestore charges no commission on either side and does not sell leads to agents.
